Although much of our work has been based on the expressions of Attachment Theory in organizations, it has come to our attention that organizational culture has a relationship with Attachment Theory.   • The nature of the relationship that exists between organizational culture and Attachment Theory.
  • Whether this relationship will allow us to use Attachment Theory to gain implicit insight into the nature of organizational culture.
  • Whether various organizational cultures influence employee attachment behaviors differently.
  • Whether context specific situations influence the nature and/or the impact of organizational culture’s effect on attachment behaviors.
  • Whether a reliable indicator can be developed that will allow us to anticipate and predict performance in various scenarios,
  • And whether having this information can facilitate the process when indicated of making necessary adjustments based on inherent strengths and weaknesses of a particular culture.
