Congratulations to Dr. Victoria M. Grady
Dr. Grady has recently taken a new faculty position as Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Business at George Mason University. In addition to her teaching responsibilities she will continue to develop her original research focus relating Attachment Theory to the instability associated with organizational change. Dr. Grady is also exploring an emerging connection between her earlier work and its relationship to organizational culture and trust.
Previous experience includes federal government institutions, non-profit organizations, higher education, and health related institutions. Current work will extend the scope of her work into the fields of secondary education, family businesses, and other private sector companies.
